Management

Not only are Martijn Hoekmans, Mirjam Vos and Bart Verbeek responsible for starting K2 Extreme, they are also largely responsible for its management. In the beginning, it was just the three of them leading the company into its international growth. As the company grew more people joined and contributed to its management.

Martijn Hoekmans, Mirjam Vos and Bart Verbeek are still leading the top decision making processes today. Together they are responsible for K2 Extreme Gear’s international strategy.

The other members are:
· Managing director of finance, Gerard van Passel
· Product manager, Michiel van Maannnen
· Personnel manager, Sandra Dujardin
· Head of marketing, Evelien de Raaij

Operational management leaders report to the head managers mentioned above. They decide on the types of strategies used by the various sub divisions of the company and make sure that the different national and regional strategies used are in accordance with the main goals of the company.

All of K2 Extreme Gears staff are dedicated to help make and keep the company successful. In all of the countries that K2 Extreme Gear is active, its subsidiaries operate in their national market, in accordance with the image and overall goals of the company.
